Lance Johnson Construction (LJC) is owned and operated by Lance Johnson, a seasoned architect and builder whose vast portfolio of architectural designs and high-end custom residences extends up and down Colorado's Front Range. Raised in New Jersey, Lance's creative spark for home design was ignited as a kid helping his father renovate and remodel homes owned by the family. This interest evolved into a professional pursuit when Lance earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado-Boulder and his graduate degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to founding LJC, Lance honed his design-build skills for 12 years as co-founder/owner of Johnson & Terch Construction, an award-winning luxury home builder with more than 150 high-end residences designed and built primarily in the Denver and Boulder areas. Lance has a keen eye for architecture and interior design and a savvy business sense that helps him incorporate value-engineering and personalized customer service into each and every project he touches.
